1. Yes,very glad to hear that the people from *Mon* state,are buying and keeping as inmovable properties,have become an investment,by buying the rubber plantation.The money in that area is not save to keep the currencies,in the banks,so true. How to trust,the policies of Burma,changing every time ? It is a good idea,for those people,from that area.
   But,as for me,our family,was owned many rubber plantation in Tavoy(Dawei) and Mergui(Myeik).One of our farm in Tavoy has 1000 acre, with 333 workers, and we did that business for last 100 years,by ours ancestors. In round about 1970 (Ne Win’s Socialist Time),the Government authorities have encourage the Labours,who are villagers from that area,,not to do business with the owners,they admired and persuade them to take away all the rubbers. We, the owners side invest every thing,but, the labours gets 50% of the products,they worked,how fair is that? So,after all,the villagers from Tavoy(Thabyechaung and Zalun)area, cutting down the rubber trees,(Their ancestors,have survived by decades from our Rubber Plantation,but,because of that time Socialist propergandas and encouragements,we,have lost, all our 1000 acre,there, and many area in Myeit were lost by the authorities and their workers of that time, What I have mean is * These Dictators,with dirty minded,Government has played over the villagers ,who are also rubber plantation workers to become like robbers.Our ancestors have invest for long time business for us,but, we have lost everything,and become poor,because of the bad Government encouragement and propargandas.How dangerous is these * Military Governments and their followers,who have wicked minded,upon the clean and sincere business men. This is the true story that we have suffered. The whole town of Tavoy, who we were, using the firewoods ,were ,from our rubber trees,at that time. The white gold turns into smoke ,because of the bad policy.

Yes,it is very good to hear that the people from *Mon State,are now buying with their money,to invest in rubber plantation.The policy of Burma,situation, is not secure,to keep their money,in the bank.Because,the rules are changing every time. Concerning about Rubber,my memories have lingered back to 1970,Ne Win’s Military, Myanmar ways to Democracy,that effects the whole country,turns into poverty,starting from that time, till now. Our ancestors(Great grand father),have doing their business in rubber plantation,at that time,we had many rubber plantation,as our relative main business,in Tavoy(Dawei),and Mergui(Myeik).In earlies ’70s,we did that business,by owners have to invest all including farms and all their needfuls materials,and workers have to work,and get 50% from the products they have worked.how fair is that system. But,due to the propagandas and encouragements from Government Authorities,the villagers who are also workers from that area,start to become mutiny,to the owners,by taking away all the rubbers their got,in the factory.After,that,they cut down the rubber trees,and turns into firewood,nearly the whole town of Tavoy,were usin the rubber trees,that wethe owner,and the labours(also the villagers,were survived,decades by decades,even their ancestors,are by those rubber business.So, we have lost all of our rubber business,in Tavoy(Thabyechaung and Zalun)areas, and also many in Mergui,because of these bad,robbers minded,encouragements from that time Authorities.Finally,we,the owners (all the relatives)becomes poor,by those wicked policies of the government. Now,also the Information Minstry, and Dawei (Kha-wa-ta) has intentionally took away our piece of land, in Anauk Yat and U Kyaw Yin,(Zay gyee)corner,that worth in billions of Kyats,by now. They wants to take for their own benefits,by playing,and using wrong decisions,that makes a big money, for they and their partners ,Colleagues,which we only had left. Please take a lesson of my story,which is 100% true.believe me.
